Dialoghi dell’Arte: Caravaggio, Vasari: impertinent look. Semiotics, art, texts.

Giulia Ceriani, professor in Advertising Communications at Università degli studi di Siena, will be at the third conference of Dialoghi dell’Arte.

Three masterpieces prove semiotcs in the art. Semiotics is a discipline that brings own points of view of visual expressions as literary phenomenons. It is an explanation that considers the immanent operation of the picture, and brings an original contribution to the analysis context about the restoration at Galleria Doria Pamphilj.
